From 8th June to 20th September, Roche Bobois is hosting an exhibition at the Palazzo Farnese in Rome, Italy.
For 3 months, the grand galleries of the Palace, the current home of the French Ambassador to Italy, will be displaying the works of various French designers, produced in both France and Italy.
Design is no longer just the reserve of an elite class but rather has become something which affects all areas of our lives. This summer, design and history will come together in the magnificent interiors of the 16th century Palazzo Farnese, juxtaposing contemporary furniture with Renaissance masterpieces.
Arranged across three imposing galleries on the first floor of the Palace, ‘Design@Farnese’ brings together 50 works, envisaged by the ‘crème de la crème’ of French design from the more experienced and celebrated to young emerging talent. Among the selected works, you will be able to discover the SNOW sideboard, designed by Erwan Péron.
The exhibition is open to all visitors of the Palazzo Farnese until 20th September 2016.
