All our products are guaranteed. If you have any issues, immediately contact the Roche Bobois showroom that is processing your order. We will respond as soon as possible to determine the best possible solution.

Delivery timeline

Except exception, our products are not in stock. They are made only for you. Delivery times can vary from 6 to 8 weeks for furniture at 10 to 12 weeks for seats (sofas, armchairs). Unless specific request, all components of your order will be delivered at the same time.

Delivery

Delivery and installation are carried out in the room of your choice. Our teams have all the equipment enabling them to install each piece of furniture in the best possible conditions, provided that the configuration of the premises allows it. At the time of your order, we invite you to check that the size of the products is compatible with the accessibility of the place of delivery. Also see our general conditions of sale and delivery.

Transaction security

Online payment is secured by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol. Your bank details are not kept by Roche Bobois. Some payment methods use 3D Secure / SafeKey security reinforcement. This technology complements standard security by requesting an additional code sent by SMS to the Customer's mobile phone or by voice message to the Customer's landline.

Returns and cancellations

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order at no cost within 48 hours of your purchase.
