Stephen Burks is one of the most recognized American industrial designers of his generation. He considers design to be an expression of historic and cultural identity. To demonstrate this philosophy he collaborated with Roche Bobois on the creation of the Traveller collection, a pair of armchairs that symbolizes the transatlantic nature of the partnership. While sharing some characteristics, the American and European versions differ in ways that reflect the different furniture traditions histories of each continent.
More info...Roche Bobois is pleased to partner for the second consecutive year with FAB Paris, the only trade fair dedicated to fine arts and antiques in Paris, to be held at the Grand Palais from November 22 to 27.
