Portuguese artist Joana Vasconcelos has designed the Bombom collection for Roche Bobois. A line of sofas with bold, gourmet shapes, designed for both indoor and outdoor use. The lines of these modules echo the fluid, colorful and surprising shapes of the artist's murals. The backrests, all mobile, freely punctuate each sofa, allowing everyone to design their own comfort. This sofa’s structure has FSC™ Mix certification. It is made with a mixture of materials from responsibly managed, FSC™-certified forests and from other controlled sources.
Upholstered in Meridien matelassé fabric (68% polyester, 26% acrylic, 6% elastane). Entirely removable covers. Sofa base in polyurethane bi-density foam 35-25 kg/m3 and PRS 250 g/m3. Metallic plate back, cataphoretically treated, polyurethane multi-density foam 18-21-25-75 kg/m3, fiber flakes and PRS 250 on anti-slip base. Structure in solid fir wood and pine plywood, water-based varnish for outdoor use. HR XL elastic straps. Base in black plastic.
