Roche Bobois is offering a two-year sales experience in its showrooms, adapted to the interests, strengths and flexibility of each candidate.
• Year 1/Showroom 1: successful candidates will join a showroom sales team and gain the following experience:
- Learning sales techniques
- Acquiring knowledge of the brand’s codes and values
- Achieving commercial objectives
• Year 2/Showroom 2: candidates will continue their training by joining a new sales team, and will work on the following:
- Perfecting sales techniques
- An introduction to team management
- Acquiring retail management skills (merchandising, buying, stock management, local media engagement).
The two-year program will give you the opportunity to gain both experience and the skills needed to become a future showroom manager at Roche Bobois.
