David Rockwell
Storytelling forms the core of architect David Rockwell’s work. After studying architecture at Syracuse University and the Architectural Association in London, he founded Rockwell Group, an architecture and design firm based in New York with offices in Los Angeles and Madrid. David’s approach channels his love for the color and spectacle of theater across a diverse range of projects and typologies from hotels and restaurants, to Broadway stages, to cultural and educational spaces and transport hubs. Commended by numerous international distinctions, his work aims to create immersive, shared experiences. For Roche Bobois, he designed Dream: a collection marked by gentle, organic curves that prompt relaxation.
