Roche Bobois unveils its first branded residential tower in the United States. The Roche Bobois St. Pete Tower was introduced during an exclusive unveiling event in St. Petersburg, Florida. The project marks the brand’s first designer-branded residential tower in the United States.

Developed by Valor Real Estate Development and designed by Gómez Vázquez International in collaboration with Niz + Chauvet Arquitectos and Roche Bobois, the 29-story tower will feature 164 residences along with more than 20,000 square feet of lifestyle amenities furnished with bespoke Roche Bobois pieces. Planned features include a grand lobby, a private owners’ lounge, an art plaza, and an open-air amenity deck with a pool overlooking the city.

Construction is expected to begin in 2026, with completion anticipated in 2028, bringing the brand’s signature design vision to contemporary residential living.
